What to do if my Child is sick or injured & cannot participate in PE:
- Please provide a parent note. I can accept a parent note for 3 consecutive PE days, but after 3 parent notes in a row for student excusal, I will need a doctor's note. This is a district rule.
- If you do have Doctor's Note, you can send it to the front office at Questa. This will be for the school's records & I will also receive a copy.
Health Conditions/Physical Limitations:
- If your child has any physical or health limitations that I need to be aware of for PE, please email me at [email protected] and please also let the office aware of the condition for our records.
